High Power CIGS Cylinder Solar Panel

300W CIGS Flexible Solar Panel
Technology

Our flexible solar panel adopts CIGS technology, which has an aperture efficiency as high as 17%, rivaling that of rigid glass panels.
General production process
We start with high-quality stainless steel foil and use PVD, an advanced semiconductor deposition process, to create the world's most controlled, stable, and powerful flexible stainless steel CIGS cell. After the cell structure is deposited on the foil, special transparent conductive oxides are applied, and the cell is laminated with a specialized plastic-cell interconnect mesh-wire system, which is then protected by special water barrier plastics. The transparent water barrier is critical to the Flexi module series' longevity. The internal aluminum film in the special plastic back sheet prevents water transmission from eroding the powerful stainless steel CIGS cells.
Advantages: -Lightweight: less than 2.4 kg/m (0.5 lb/ft). Flexible solar modules are the best solution for building structures with low dead load and environmental load limitations because they are much lighter than heavy rigid silicon panels mounted with racks (such as snow).
The modules are also suitable for other structures such as automobiles, trucks, and recreational vehicles that are not designed to support the weight of traditional solar panels.
-Powerful:
Flex modules are the most efficient flexible thin-film CIGS modules in production today, with aperature efficiencies as high as 17% and power generation per kilogram of silicon that is more than four times higher.

-Easy to install: Flexible solar modules are applied with a peel-and-stick method. This reduces the possibility of leaks by eliminating penetrations into the structure.
The peel-and-stick application also enables installation on surfaces such as automobiles, trucks, and RVs where racks would be impractical, and reduces the balance-of-systems (BOS) costs and complexity when mounting FLEX modules on rooftops.
-Flexible: FLEX modules conform to curved surfaces, allowing solar power generation on surfaces that traditional rigid silicon panels are not suitable for.
-Wind and seismic resistance: Flexible solar modules are thin (2.5mm) and adhere directly to surfaces, providing excellent wind and seismic resistance.
The modules are also shatterproof and will not break if they come into contact with debris.
-Reliable: The unique redundant interconnect design of Flex solar modules enables industry-leading reliability.
300W CIGS Flexible Solar Panel
Most solar carports have traditionally used conventional heavy glass crystalline solar modules installed on rails over large heavy gauge structural steel building components necessitating large support columns with deep concrete piers or large ballast blocks. Even carports built with architectural metal panels necessitate the addition of heavy gauge structural steel, railing, and roof clamps, all of which add weight and cost to the solar carport. Sinoltech thin film flexible modules provide the same high-efficiency power output as standard crystalline modules while weighing less than 0.7 lb/SF compared to crystalline modules' 3-5 lbs/SF.
Because the flexible solar modules are lighter in weight, less structural steel is required in the carport design, resulting in lower costs and a shorter construction time. Solar carports built with a flexible solar module can use light gauge roll-formed steel, which allows the support columns to be spaced further apart, resulting in a more open design. Carport design must include wind and seismic performance engineering. Traditional glass modules are susceptible to wind and seismic movement stresses. Furthermore, when support columns are spaced too far apart, purlins can sag, affecting the glass module and rail attachment. Architectural metal panels with flexible solar modules have stiffer support surfaces, can span greater distances, and are designed for good wind and seismic performance while requiring less structural support. Adding Solar Panels to Existing Carports
Many facility owners already have carports that do not have solar panels. Owners frequently want to retrofit these existing carports, only to discover that the original design and construction are incapable of supporting the additional weight of conventional crystalline modules. Until now, the only option was to demolish the existing carport structure and design and rebuild it to accommodate conventional solar.
Thin-film solar modules that are flexible and lightweight can be installed over existing carports made of architectural metal panels and some square rib corrugated metal panels without affecting the current weight limitation design. Non-compatible metal panel profiles on carports can be removed and replaced with new architectural metal panels without modifying the existing support structure at a lower cost than a full replacement. SINOLTECH flexible solar modules can be installed on-site, requiring fewer installers and equipment while also speeding up new construction and retrofit installations at a lower cost.
